Attorney McCluskey concentrates in Medicaid, estate planning, and real estate law. He has developed an Elder Law practice to serve the needs of his elderly clientele and their families regarding their planning needs and protection of assets. Attorney McCluskey is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Massachusetts Conveyancers Association and is on the Board of Directors of the Plymouth County Bar Association, Metro South Chamber of Commerce and Catholic Charities of Brockton (Chairman). He is a graduate of Boston College and the New England School of Law.
